Domestic Violence

Domestic violence includes physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect. The physical proximity of intimate partners, children, parents, siblings and other family members make them probable targets. The most extreme outcome of domestic violence constitutes domestic homicide: The killing of an intimate partner, child, parent, sibling, or another family member. In this long-term Domestic Violence Project we seek to disseminate research-based, data-driven findings to local and state governments.
